Modern and spacious house with private pool and the water is salt water, 5 minutes from the beach and the Natural Park of Arrábida. Close to the big city of Lisbon, which is 25 minutes away. The villa is ideal for families with children. The city center is a 10-minute walk away
You have a jacuzzi that you can use at the end of the day to relax, it works all year
The villa is in the town of Setubal where there is the Sado River which has wild dolphins and several wonderful beaches
Modern home with private pool and jacuzzi, all equipped with everything we need, American fridge with ice maker and cold water.
The pool is heated during the summer, and the water is salt water
Very quiet neighborhood and together there is the Arrabida Natural Park
