Spacious apartment, with a modern and minimalist style, composed of three bedrooms and two complete WC's with bath, one of them in the suite. Property with great natural light, a spacious living room with a living area and a dining area, giving access to the balcony that offers a pleasant leisure area and an incredible view of the ocean, worthy of a picture of a tourist postcard. Finally, the fully equipped kitchen with dining table completes the space of this apartment that can accommodate a maximum of six people. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities and has a free parking space. Wi-Fi is available in all areas. AREA Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this apartment is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira shopping center, which has several international renowned venues and movie theaters. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight in our gastronomy or international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, you can go to the city center (seven minutes by car) where you will find a wider variety of restaurants. About a half kilometer from the apartment is the Formosa Beach, suggestive for diving and sunbathing on the pebble and black sand. GETTING AROUND For departures and arrivals from the airport, there is an aerobus stop about 5 minutes from the house, although the best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport! GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the flat.
