Property information

A very comfortable apartment with a large sunny terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Douro River. The location is excelent. Located in the heart of the city with all the utilities within a 100 meter radius. Has a subway (Metro do Porto) in front of the house, at 100 meters has a stop bus and train that you can use to go to the beach. Nearby you can visit Caves do Vinho do Porto, Cais de Gaia, Jardim do Morro, Serra do Pilar, Baixa do Porto and many monuments.

Neighbourhood information

You can go by foot to the center of Oporto in 5 minutes. The apartement is near form the D. Luis bridge (Douro River). There is a supermarket in the other side of the street. In the same street you can find bakery, restaurants, fruit shop, etc. Avenida da República is the most important avenue from Vila Nova de Gaia. Is very easy to came from aeroport by metro. You don’t need to walk a lot with the luggage because the metro station (Jardim do Morro or General Torres) is very near of the building. You only need to do one metro station to be in the Center of Oporto (S. Bento station).
