Your hosts Sandie & Ray will endeaver to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one and are on hand if needed to answer any questions about places to visit and what´s on in our local area. (local markets, music flea markets ,shops etc...) The apartment is brand new , spacious and comfortable , recently converted to a very high standard and equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday break a perfect home from home for our guests. It has it´s own private entrance door accessed from the terrace . The super king bed can be arranged as two singles if prefered. (Please let us know beforehand which is best for your stay with us so we can arrange it before you arrive). We provide a welcome pack with basics that you might need on your arrival plus tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and olive oil ready to use in the kitchen. The bathroom is provided with full sized toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper). Outside the apartment has a beautiful garden terrace with a wood pergola overlooking the land and surrounding countryside complete with a charcoal barbeque for your use. There is off road parking for 2 cars in our driveway. We also offer self check in if prefered by our guests or if guests are arriving late. There is a key box next to the outside door to the apartment. The key code for the box will be given when a booking is confirmed.

Ray & I (Sandie) always assure our guests a warm welcome . We are both retired entertainers/musicians. I (Sandie) am also a watercolour artist and teach watercolour painting every Wednesday from home. You are always invited to join the lesson during your stay if you wish. My husband Ray is an accomplished wood worker/turner and some of our work can be seen displayed in the apartment. We also have 2 friendly cats Esme & Smeagol (they always love a fuss )

Our area is well known for it´s walking trails and water sports,Kayaks, swimming etc.., being very near to the beautiful river Zezere. There are several Visigoth graves to be visited very close to where we live. We can also arrange cycle hire for you. If you are interested in history there are plenty of Castles and museums to visit during your stay. The apartment is just 3 mins drive from the A13 motorway which takes you North to Coimbra & South to Tomar both approximately 30 mins drive from us. We are served by plenty of good local restaurants and cafes in our area and mini markets, bank, petrol stations and Pharmacy nearby.
