The Quinta Dona Maria & Inês is ideal for a family vacation, due to it's spacious and large rooms. In the house you will find all of the comfort to enjoy your vacations, plus the decorations makes you feel at home. In 2020, the house was renovated with news beds for your comfort. The house is located 4 minutes away from the Vila Franca's harbor, where you can easily book a trip on a boat to visit one of the most beautifull places on the island, known as Ilhéu of Vila Franca. On the first floor of the house there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms, each one with a double bed. On the second floor you will find an extra double bed, a single bed and a third bed suitable for children, and also a bathroom. The kitchen as a very large space and it is equipped with everyting that you will need to prepare all kinds of meals during your stay. In the living room, you will find a fireplace perfect for your vacations, whether it's in summer or in winter, making this the perfect house for your holidays. Outside there are several areas where you can spend some time enjoying the view while cooking delicious meals on the barbecue. Please note: Check-ins between 8:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. incur a 30euros fee. Check-ins after 10:30 p.m. incur a 30euros fee. The same 40 euros fee applies to check-ins before 8:00 AM. All check-in fees are charged upon arrival in cash. We would like to inform you that, as of January 1, 2025, a new law has come into effect in the Azores, which requires the charge of a tourist tax of 2 euros per night, per guest, for the first 3 nights of their stay. This charge will be applied to all guests, unless they meet one of the exemption criteria set out in the legislation.
