It includes a private garage space for small vehicles (max 1.85m width x 3.5m length). Inside, the open-plan layout blends sleeping and living areas with a fully equipped kitchen, workspace, and a small balcony. Note: the main room is interior — natural light enters indirectly through the kitchen window. The TV is Wi-Fi enabled (no cable channels; streaming via personal accounts). The property is self-catered, with basic welcome items (toiletries, toilet paper, etc.) provided for arrival only — no refills or replacements. Bed and bath linen are included according to the reservation. Guests are responsible for key safekeeping; lost or damaged keys or locks will incur a fee, as will locksmith assistance if required. Monthly utilities exceeding EUR150 will be charged separately. Complete passport/ID details for all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. Portuguese citizens or company bookings must also provide a tax ID number.
