Casa da Rosa is an exclusive, luxurious, fully equipped 6-bedroom home on a hilltop in Vale da Rosa, just 2 km from Loulé and a 15-minute drive from the airport and the beautiful beaches around Almancil. Set on 12,000 m² of private land with 6,000 m² of landscaped gardens, a heated pool, an impressive pool bar, and expansive terraces with stunning valley and sea views, this villa offers complete tranquillity. Recently renovated throughout the villa comfortably sleeps 12 adults in 6 king-size bedrooms, with 2 extra single beds and 3 cots available on request. All bedrooms and the lounge/dining area feature remote-controlled air conditioning, and the master bedroom includes an open bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. Casa da Rosa is designed to feel like an exclusive luxury retreat while offering all the warmth and comfort of a true home from the moment you arrive. - Legal & Safety Requirements Guests must submit ID/passport details before or during check-in, as per Portuguese law Please note that a security deposit is required to book this property. - Late Check-In Fee All guests must pay a fee of twenty-five euros for arrivals between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, paid in cash at check-in - Lost Key & Lockout Policy A 50 eur fee if the key is not returned A 80 eur fee if the key is lost during your stay Additional fees may apply if a locksmith is required - Extra notes Please take all trash with you at check-out — leaving rubbish at the property may result in a penalty. Pool maintenance is carried out every Thursday. Environmental Impact: We are committed to reducing this impact by using a heat pump to lower electricity consumption, relying as much as possible on solar lighting, and encouraging responsible energy use by charging guests for the electricity they consume plus an additional 10eur per night to cover heating and related energy costs.

Casa da Rosa is an exclusive and luxurious home from home on a hilltop in Vale da Rosa - Valley of the Rose - just 2kms from the city of Loule, 15 minutes drive from the airport and the wonderful beaches around Almancil, and 20 minutes drive from the historic seafront cities of Faro and Olhao - from where you can experience the wonder of nature that is the Ria Formosa. The beautiful and historic city of Loulé is 2 km away where you will find wonderful restaurants, bars, squares, food markets shops and supermarkets. The very extensive and luxurious Mar Shopping mall is only 10 minutes drive away with its multi screen cinema and diverse food hall. Although Casa da Rosa is only 2kms from Loule, it is in a peaceful rural location on a hill overlooking Vale da Rosa, Loule and the Algarve coast. Access is via a narrow country road from Loule city centre. You can walk to Loule centre in 20 minutes or use the very good local taxis. For those guests wanting to explore further afield, a car(s) is recommended. There is a covered car port for 2 cars and space for further cars on the driveway.
