The two-storey property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and four bathrooms, accommodating up to ten people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. The highlight of the house is the private outdoor area with a pool (renovated in 2025), an open terrace and a covered terrace. The outdoor area is equipped for sunbathing and shaded dining. A golf course is about 10 minutes away by car. You reach the city of Portimão in about 12 minutes, Alvor beach in 15 minutes, and the spa in Monchique in around 15 minutes. Four parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed. Smoking inside the house and charging electric cars are not permitted.
