This small village with a pleasant outdoor corner is located in a quiet area of Funchal. It's a 3-minute walk from sea access and old town and 2 minutes from paid and free parking.
It's about 10-minute walk from the Lavradores Market and about 15 to 20 minutes from Sé Cathedral.

The house is a 2-minute walk from access to the sea and solarium, a 5-minute walk from the old town where there is a variety of restaurants and bars and the market and the large Avenida do Mar and then the Funchal Marina.
