Charm of an old fashioned fisherman villa completely rebuilt from scratch in a modern way of using space, here everything is functional but nice, modern comfort, large bedrooms, heavy internet fiber connection, video on demand, brand new air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, gaz plancha ready to be used on a wide terrace equipped with a bioclimatic led lighted pergola.

Neighbourhood information

This villa is inserted in all Albufeira town, very near the beach wich gives opportunity to spend great holidays without needing a car rent, or thinking for where to park each time you go somewhere. Beach is 200m far from here, supermarket, bars and restaurants are near the door.
