My Portugal Experience by OCvillas was founded in 2011 in Albufeira by two members. Both with professional experience in the hotel, tourism and travel industry, feeling the need to implement new ideas and invest in the area of hospitality, the well-known Local Accommodation. It was the passion for this project that drove its growth, new investments and improvements. Villa Eva is a magnificent house of high quality and refinement with a private pool that can be heated and games room ideal for 8 to 10 people. Villa Eva is a beautiful house with spacious interior areas, fully equipped to receive with refinement those looking for a relaxed quality holiday. On the ground floor, there is a spacious double suite equipped with air conditioning, 2 steps above have 2 more bedrooms also with air conditioning and a bathroom with a spacious shower. On the first floor there is only the master double suite with air conditioning and a wonderful terrace with outdoor furniture, shower and a fabulous sea view. The large living room is very comfortable with a fireplace, equipped with LCD TV, foreign television channels, internet and has access to the outdoor dining area, barbecue, swimming pool and garden. Also in that floor there is a relaxing games with ping pong table, football table and WI for pay. The well-equipped kitchen and laundry room for guest use are the delight of those who like to cook. Villa Eva has a magnificent garden around the house that delights children, a reserved reading area, and outdoor furniture and sun loungers to provide greater comfort to those who choose Vila Eva for their family holidays with friends. The swimming pool can be heated by paying a daily supplement of 75 (minimum cost per stay: 525). We also request a 72-hour pre-warning (time it takes to reach the set temperature).
