Vill Luz is a modern semi-detached villa with a heatable private pool, ideal for families with children up to 6 people. Located in the centre of Albufeira 10 minutes from the beach, supermarket and restaurants and many other facilities. The house is bright, large and airy with a living area of 156m2. Vila Luz has a modern decoration offering luxurious comfort, equipped with a TV with Netflix access, WiFi internet and air conditioning. Vila Luz is composed of 3 bedrooms, on the ground floor the living room with open kitchen fully equipped, a large private terrace and a swimming pool. One bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. The large terrace next to the living room with its electric sunblind and private pool is a great place to socialize and has a barbecue, a table, 6 chairs and sun lounges. On the first floor, one bedroom with a double bed en suite bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds, an en suite bathroom and access to the balcony. POOL HEATING HAS an extra cost of 250 euros per stay. Please request the pool to be heated at the time of the booking as the pool takes 85 hours to heat to a maximum of 28º. Silence hours are between 10 pm and 08 am. En. Portuguese law protects the right to silence and rest between 10 pm and 8 am, and this is the period that must be respected. According to the legislation, Decree-Law No. 9/2007, anyone who does not comply with the established timetable may be fined between 200 and 2,000. Please be aware that not comply, the neighbours have the right to call the police. Note that after 22h sitting outside by the pool, loud talk, scream, or laugh. PT.
