This spacious and bright house offers 3 comfortable bedrooms and a modern open-plan area that combines the kitchen and a cozy living room — perfect for families or groups who value comfort and togetherness. Located right in front of the city park, the home offers both peace and convenience.
I enjoy hosting because I love meeting new people and making sure they have a pleasant, comfortable stay. It’s always rewarding to know that my guests feel at home.
You’ll find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and local shops just a short walk away, as well as parks and leisure areas for relaxation.
