A spacious apartment with One Bedroom, 1 Big living with Extendable Sofa & Balcony with beautiful views, towards center of bucharest and Morii Lake, offered by APOLONIUM properties in a discreet and Good location. Situated about 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car from metro station Preciziei Bucharest sector 6 and about 5 minutes on foot from plenty restaurants and Military shopping mall. Smart TV with Netflix, a bathroom offering also a laundry machine, and a kitchen fully equipped even for the most demanding housewifes. Expecting for your visit in our wonderful location. Excellent for a family of 4 members as well. Expecting also the following days the internet and wifi to be connected from DIGI. Be informed that the property is in the building just opposite of the supermarket Profi. There is a very beautiful church Navity of Theotokos just 5 minutes on foot and just across the street there is a car wash. Playstation 4 and board games to be added soon. Check out time strictly at 11 o clock! Please respect the regulations of the property and the property and owner itself for a great collaboration!
About 6 km from biggest mall AFI Cotroceni and only 5 minutes from military mall shopping center and food court!
