Va rugam sa aveți in vedere faptul ca aceasta cabana este OFF-GRID, așadar, resursele trebuiesc gestionate și utilizate corespunzător. Încălzirea se face exclusiv prin foc de lemne in soba tip șemineu (1 soba in living și 1 soba in sauna). Furnizarea energiei electrice se face prin sistem fotovoltaic și generator.
Accesul la cabana se face din DN15. Cu un autoturism 4x4 se poate cobori pana in parcare, aproximativ 30 m de drum pietruit in panta sau se poate parca in partea de sus a proprietății, lângă DN15, unde este un spațiu pentru parcare.
