Cats, dogs, chicks are also the hosts of this house. The building is authentic, traditional, almost 100 years old, being recently renovated to offer all the comfort to its guests. Like any grandparents house, you can pick fresh vegetables from the garden, admire flower gardens or you can shelter in the shade of fruit trees. A welcoming place ... a reminder of childhood of "old times", a pleasant return in time ... a joy lived alongside good mood, an unforgettable experience, silence and relaxation

We are in love with sea, lake, authentic and traditional. We spent too little time around our grandparents and all the stories around them - though we wanted to take over from the spirit of the past. And we wanted to share all these authentic, simple but gorgeous, sometimes unbelievable and even spectacular experiences. Thus was born the GRANNY'S HOUSE project: a place where guests can enjoy the silence of the nature, garden fruit and vegetables, grandparents and pets around them, the sea, the lake, spectacular landscapes, birds, superb sunrises and unforgettable sunsets. Whether steps takes us on the coast of the lake, on the Gura Portiţei beach of the Black Sea , if we choose to ride on bicycles in search of archaeological sites in the area or if we decide to go by boat or kayak on the canals full of birds and other creatures of the Danube Delta - we are permanently connected to the still unchanged spirit of the place. Juriovca is an old fisherman's village in the Danube Delta, situated on the coast of the largest lagoon complex in Romania - the Razelm-Sinoe complex, right by Lake Golovita. The settlement was founded by the Russians who chose to leave Russia after the schism in the Russian church in 1606 to preserve their unspoilt faith and ancient Ottoman rite. In Jurilovca you can see the Lipovan Russian Orthodox Church, which has preserved many of its traditions and customs. In the eastern end of the village, 7 kilometers from the village, on the shore of the lake - in an area where the land is closest to the sea, and where Razelm Lake unites with Golovita Lake - is the ruins of the ancient fortress ARGAMUM, fortress a Greek origin founded at the same time as the other famous fortress on the shore of Lake Sinoe - the city of Histria. It seems that the ancients have discovered and appreciated the richness of the area since that time. Over the lake is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Black Sea - Gura Portiţei beach - a unique place in Europe, where specific elements of both the delta and the marine landscape - biosphere reserve meet.
