This 19th century traditional house has been designed to match what they believe people want, maximum comfort, absolute peace, holiday feel and absolute attention to detail.
 Renovated in April 2019, the designers tried to keep the character of the building, keeping the original brickwork and wooden beams and restoring certain items such as: the 100 year old clawfoot bathtub and the Thonet washstand found in the attic bathroom, the Thonet chairs and the eclectic floor lamps in the living room.

It is a beautiful privately-owned house, located right in the heart of the historic city center, a two minute walk to the Council Square and a five minutes stroll from the city centre's famous Black Church.
