It is ideal for vacation, family or business. Access to the area is easy from any direction by subway, bus or car for which there is free parking. The entrance to the apartment is separate. The apartment is located in a romantic space, the attic of the building on the second floor. The villa being a historical monument, an architectural jewel in neo-Romanian style from the interwar period, it does not have an elevator.

The house is located in the most select area of ​​Bucharest, Soseaua Kiseleff, a neighborhood of interwar villas, a green and quiet area. Nearby is the Arc de Triomphe, Romexpo, the Government of Romania, the embassies of Germany, Italy, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine, and the United States of America. A 5-minute walk away is the largest park in Romania, King Mihai I Park (formerly Herăstrău) and Kiseleff Park. Bus line 783 that connects to Henri Coandă Otopeni Airport has a stop opposite, and the Aviatorilor and Piața Victoriei metro stations are a 5-minute walk away.
