The neighbourhood, although it has not been well-maintained during and after the communist era, is on the verge of a significant transformation. Currently, an urban reorganization plan is pending approval, which will initiate the revitalization of the area. The building itself is a historic gem, designed by a famous architect and showcasing authentic Art Deco architecture. While it could benefit from some TLC, it remains a charming and unique place to stay. We are excited about the upcoming renovations, which will restore the building to its former glory.
