The apartment has a spacious living room beautifully furnished with furniture and an extendable corner sofa with a topper, A/C, large smart TV, Minibar and access to the balcony (smoking area), free Wi-Fi available throughout the location. Bedroom 1 with double bed, A/C, TV and open dressing room. Bedroom 2 with double bed, smart TV and storage space. Separate kitchen equipped with refrigerator + freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, plates and glasses. Bathroom with bathtub and shower system beautifully furnished and equipped with a washing machine. Pets are not allowed. Spacious terrace equipped with a hanging shell chair, table and 4 chairs with a view of the neighborhood and the Fagaras Mountains. We do not agree with the arrival of a larger number of people including small children without our notice or non-registration on the Booking platform, failure to comply with this will lead to the interruption of the reservation! At check-in the extra cost is 79 lei/person/night over 2 years not registered on the Booking platform. Upon request and with our approval we can offer you the following services for a fee: - Early check in / Late check out (30 lei/hour). - The apartment is quite large (74 sqm), for whole summer season the use of the 2 A/C units is included only for the prices over 450 lei/night, for prices less than 450 lei/night, using this units will be extra charge of 30 lei/night, it may become available at any time. - For the winter season, the ambient temperature inside the apartment will be reasonable, approximately 23 degrees C, (the location benefits from smart metering), up to the price limit of 450 lei/night. For those who want warmer temperatures, it can be obtained at any time for the additional cost of 15 lei/degree/night. For prices over 450 lei/night, the limitation will be excluded. - Airport transfer with additional fee. - Getting ready for sleeping the sofa bed upon request for less than 4 people will be 39lei.
