Offering a fitness centre, Kronhaus is located in Braşov’s historical centre. Free WiFi access is available. Some rooms have a mountain view and some come with a city view. All units are nicely decorated with traditional design elements like stylish furniture and solid wood. Each room has cable TV. Some units come with a private bathroom and some with a shared one. Featuring a shower, private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer, slippers and towels. At Kronhaus there is a terrace and a shared lounge. Limited private parking is available in the courtyard, and reservation is required. Paid public parking is also possible in front of the property, depending on availability. The Republicii Bulevard is only 200 metres away, whilst the Art Museum can be found within 3 minutes´ walk. Bran Castle is only 20 km away and the distance to Poiana Braşov is 10 km. The nearby Ion Tiriac and Olimpia sports complex is only a 10-minute walk from Kronhaus.

Be transported to days gone by at this lovingly restored traditional Saxon attic and enjoy an authentic local experience staying at our private family guest house that's right in the heart of the old city fortress, in one of Brasov’s superb historic buildings. Kronhaus occupies part of the cellar, the entire 1st floor as well as the whole two-story attic of the 1928 traditional Saxon building on 25 Nicolae Balcescu Street. Carefully restored over the span of more than 7 years giving homage to the original craftsmanship, and tastefully decorated in a timeless traditional style that exemplifies harmony, order, and a friendly charm - it now represents a clash of new and old. A place where traditional local architecture, sumptuous antique furniture, select art pieces, and intricate details rooted in rich local history, meet modern amenities like smart home automation, high-speed wifi, air conditioning, solar panels, secure parking with IP video surveillance and state of the art fire prevention systems.
