The Via Pipera residential project is excellently located in the north of the capital, in a quiet and safe area, just 1300m from the Metro, 15 minutes from Mall Promenada and 20 minutes from Herastrau Park, with the best kindergartens and private schools, numerous shopping centres, private hospitals, parks, forests and leisure areas nearby. The building equipped with elevator, has several types of apartments with two, three and four rooms and is designed to accommodate even the most demanding demands. The layout is efficient, with large glazed areas that provide good light, each apartment has its own terrace or courtyard (ground floor apartments) and modern, high-quality fittings.
