Need-to-know information for guests at this property

Room rates on 24, 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.

Please note that upon check-in, guests are required to provide the bank card that was used to make the reservation. If the used card cannot be provided, the prepayment will be refunded and guests will be required to pay by other payment methods.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Starting 1 August, 2023, Seychelles implements New Environmental Sustain-ability Levy to enhance green initiatives. Under the newly introduced levy, all visitors to Seychelles will be required to contribute on a per person/per night basis. The payment will be made directly to the hotel, ensuring a seamless and convenient process for travellers.

The cost will be SCR 100 per person, per night. It is to be noted that the Levy will not be applicable to citizens and residents of Seychelles. Children of 12 years and below (visitors), and crew members.

Please note that our swimming pool will be temporarily closed for maintenance from 20 November to 10 December 2025. For your comfort during this period, you are welcome to enjoy the pool facilities at our SPA. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to an even better experience.
