Villas Coco Beach consists of two fully air-conditioned garden villas, each with one ground floor en-suite bedroom and one upper floor en-suite bedroom. Fully equipped to a high standard, your kitchen includes Bosch appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine and a Nespresso espresso machine. Our 2 bed villas are completely independent each with a private entrance and guests do not share any communal areas. Daily housekeeping [except Sundays & Public Holidays ] and strict hygiene measures are in place for your safety and comfort. The 2 bed garden villas are situated at the entrance of the property in the garden and do not have sea views. Guests have access to the west facing beach / beach loungers with beautiful sunset views within 150 metres walk down the garden. The luxury 3 bed 3 ensuite beach villa is situated at the beach end of the property and includes exclusive use of its 10m x 5m infinity pool plus extensive decking and an outdoor kitchen area with barbecue. The open plan living space opening out onto the deck and a sea view consists of sitting & dining areas plus a well equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances.

Anse Kerlan is located in the north-west of Praslin island, close to the airport and the 5 star Constance Lemuria Resort. Our guests can benefit from special rates at the magnificent Lemuria golf course which is less than 5 minutes drive away. There is a bus stop on the main road outside the villas which will take you to the Vallee de Mai or the other side of the island. Guests can hike to Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio. The supermarket is within a minutes walk to the villas as well as the butcher and the local fisherman and the take away food outlets. Dining options range from 5 star dining at Lemuria to local restaurants offering fresh fish & island specialities. We would recommend and can assist you with hiring a car at least for part of your holiday to enjoy access to Praslin's beaches, restaurants and attractions.
