A charming Skånelänga in the heart of beautiful Österlen. The house is rural and free with a lovely panoramic view over the undulating Scanian landscape. A house with generous surfaces and an inviting plot with several small patios. Proximity to all the pearls of Österlen. The house has a newly renovated upper floor with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a generous and bright living room with a dining table and comfortable seating. Here you have a view of the open landscape in all directions. On the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen with all equipment and a bathroom with shower and washing machine and with comfortable underfloor heating. The living room has seating and a dining area. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a bunk bed and another with a double bed. The plot offers many patios with garden furniture. You choose the place according to the weather. An inviting plot with space for all family activities. From your holiday home, you have all of Österlen's attractions within easy reach. Right next to it is Glimmingehus medieval castle. You only have a short drive to the Baltic Sea and the coast, the nearest is Skillinge, with its picturesque fishing port. The whole of Österlen is filled with galleries, farm shops and attractions. There is certainly no shortage of culture and gastronomy here. Experience the entire stretch from Simrishamn and Kivik with their apple orchards and Stenshuvud National Park to Kåseberga and Ale stones. Wallanders Ystad is only a short drive away. By bike, you have many small roads to choose from and can discover the variations of the open landscape up close. For the children there is the Tosselilla adventure park. Those interested in golf have several options in the area, the closest is Österlen Gk.
