The accommodation is located in a residential house owned by my parents and offers a private entrance and private parking directly in front of the house, ensuring an easy and worry-free arrival. Permanent residents live in the lower part of the house – they are friendly and respectful of privacy, so your stay remains peaceful and undisturbed. The apartment was once a family home and has since been carefully renovated and adapted for guests who wish to explore this part of Slovenia or simply slow down and enjoy a quieter pace. The space retains a warm, homely and natural atmosphere, while providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment features a separate bedroom, a spacious living room, a dining area with kitchen, and a large walk-in wardrobe, offering extra comfort and practicality, even for longer stays. Access to the apartment is via stairs, as it is a top-floor attic apartment, designed in a cozy and inviting style. The area is known for its natural iron-rich mineral water springs, several of which can be found nearby – one spring is located directly next to the house and is easily accessible on foot. The surroundings offer forest paths, suitable for walking, hiking, cycling, and mushroom picking. The house is located along the Kostrivnica Water Trail, a marked thematic route connecting local points of interest such as small churches, natural springs, and an old mill. The trail is ideal for an easy walk or a short excursion. Above the village rises Boč Hill (978 m), a popular hiking destination with several marked trails. At the top, visitors will find a viewpoint tower, a mountain hut, and multiple routes suitable for both short and longer hikes. Boč is accessible and enjoyable throughout the year. Within the village, there is also a small sports airfield, a local shop, and a few bars. Larger shops, restaurants, and services are available within a short drive. The nearest larger tourist destination is Rogaška Slatina (approx. 10 minutes by car), known for thermal spas and wellness centers, Spa Park walking area, Rogaška Crystal Glassworks (factory tours and shop), museums, cafés, and restaurants. Rogaška Slatina offers activities and attractions all year round.
