B & W KRIŽ (bed and wine) is a family run business offering 7 rooms with private bathrooms, furbished in a minimalistic style in wood, black metal and raw concrete, air conditioned by a floor heating/ cooling mechanism. Guests are offered a continental breakfast from local ingredients as self-service in the multipurpose communal area, or if the weather allows it on the terrace with one of the most beautiful views of the valley. The accommodation is pet friendly, because there are at most 3 cats. Our location is unique, with a great view over Vipava valley, on the other hand, it is a good starting point for excursions. It is situated 28 km from Predjama Castle, 39 km from the Škocjan Caves, 85 km from Ljubljana and 70 km from Tolmin Gorges. Climate with mild winters allows tourism throughout the year encouraging sport activities also in the colder part of the year. We have s a well-established network with local providers, and we could help you with the advice / organization.
