Apartmány Maliarik je najvyššie umiestnené ubytovacie zariadenie tohto druhu priamo pod Chopkom, na Bielej púti, len 30 m od spodnej stanice Jasná - Luková, vo výške 1233 m.n.m.. Apartmán č. 3 sa nachádza na 1. poschodí. Súčasťou je obývacia časť spojená s kuchyňou a výhľadom na Bielu púť s lyžiarskym vlekom, ktorý Vás vtiahne do atmosféry lyžiarskej alebo turistickej nálady. Je tu kvalitná rozkladacia sedačka, ktorá zabezpečí pohodlný spánok pre 2 osoby, šatník, televízor plochou obrazovkou, stôl a 4 stoličky. Spálňa má manželskú posteľ, televízor s plochou obrazovkou a 2 skrine. Kúpeľňa je so sprchovacím kútom, WC a vyhrievanou podlahou. Súčasťou vybavenia je fén.
K voľnočasovým aktivitám patrí hlavne turistika, lyžovanie a cestovanie po svete.
Demänovská ľadová jaskyňa, Demänovská jaskyňa slobody, Jaskyňa mŕtvych netopierov, Aquapark Tatralandia , Thermal park Bešeňová. O nočnú zábavu sa stará Happy End Restaurant.
