A part of the exclusive KA Villas luxury estate, Villa Karina boasts an exceptional location—just 200m from Rawai Beach and its renowned seafood market. Designed in a modern Thai–Balinese style, the villa is thoughtfully laid out around a private pool and lush tropical garden. Both ensuite bedrooms open directly onto the pool deck, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living. The spacious living area is warm and inviting, featuring an oversized sofa and a full media centre. Large French windows can be fully opened to connect the lounge with the terrace, creating a bright and expansive social space. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a fancy tub, opens directly on the pool deck, with a lovely tropical view. On the other side of the living room, the second bedroom also has its private bathroom. Guests will not disturb each other as they each enjoy their own private area. The kitchen is fully equipped modernly and we offer BBQ facilities for guest to use. There's sheltered car parking area within the property. Please note: Electricity is charged separately at 8 THB/kWh. The meter is photographed at check-in and check-out. Each guest receives one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey), plus complimentary shampoo and shower gel in every bathroom. Weekly housekeeping includes fresh bed linen and towels.
