Many nice and cheap restaurants are walking distance, and a supermarket with everything you may need just by the condo. Kata beach is 15-20 min. By car Shops and restaurants: there's a supermarket (big 7-eleven), just at your left. Also , if you make a left from the condo and walk around 200 mts you will find a restaurant opposite called : "Fiji palms Phuket"managed by a German - thai couple , with great German and thai food, and also have very nice food in the hotel nearby , called : "Phuket boat quay boutique guest house", just a few meters more. Both are very very near from the condo. If you turn right when you go out from the condo you will go to the aquarium (3 km), and on the way you have a few very nice restaurants, first one is Italian , with delivery also, then "James seafood", and some more; arriving to the aquarium you have "sawasdee ", very nice, "cafe Kantary", with great desserts and coffe, and one of the best restaurants in Phuket with an incredible view : Baba soul food, at Sri Panwa Phuket Hotel. For shopping you may go to "Phuket town", 10 min far by car , to "Robinson's mall", or "central festival Phuket" ( a great shopping mall full of shops and restaurants), 15 min by car, "kata beach", with very nice beach and shops everywhere ( 20 min by car), or patong beach ( the nightlife area for "single men") , 35 min by car. About the incredible beaches nearby, ao yon (5 min by car), or a few going more forward , with restaurants in the beach, and also "coral island", departing long tail boats from the aquarium; and the famous Phi Phi island and "3 islands", etc. You can just make the arrangements with any agency, they will pick you up from the condo and do the whole trip.
