A Tropical 1-Bedroom Escape near Chalong Bay Enjoy island living in this charming 30 sqm 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of Tower 2. Just a short stroll to the turquoise waters of Chalong Bay, you’ll be surrounded by vibrant restaurants, cozy cafés, relaxing massage parlors, and adventurous dive shops. Cool off in the communal pool on the 2nd floor or set out to explore nearby island tours. The perfect base for your Phuket getaway. Please note: The rental price includes electricity for 100 baht pr. night. Usage over will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra. Please note, while the condominium does offer parking, spaces are limited and parking cannot be assigned. This will be available on a first come first serve basis, we are not able to guarantee that this will always be available, particularly during the busy season. Thank you for your understanding. Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 100 baht per night depending mostly on Air condition usage. Energy saving is for the sake of our world :) Cleaning during your stay is available on request and charged at an additional cost. A refundable security deposit is required in cash upon check in. The amount varies based on the length of stay: 1–7 nights: 1,000 THB 8–14 nights: 2,000 THB 15 nights or longer: 3,000 THB The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
