Villa Mila is a guest house, not a hotel, no concierge nor hotel-style housekeeping services. It can be found on google maps and other booking platform. By reserving, you agree to the following: • guests self check in/out, host only interacts via platform • early checkin & late check out available for additional cost but subject to availability • additional request requires at least 12 hrs notice, we will do our best to accomodate • we are eco-friendly & discourage leaving AC on while out or when windows open • no housekeeping for booking less than 7 days; Free weekly housekeeping for longer stays. Extra towels and sheets available at THB500, housekeeping THB1,200 per time. • no indoor smoking (fine THB10,000) • no unauthorized guests • quiet hours after 10pm • villa locates on the hill top and there are stairs in the villa • no refund for uncontrollable issues eg.power cuts and wifi signal disruption • no assistance outside working hours(8:00 - 18:00) Pool maintenance is Wednesday and Saturday between 9:00am to 17:00pm
