The space is suitable for four to five friends, couples, and small families. The apartment’s unique feature is its 25 meters long layout, with 2 bedrooms at both ends providing extraordinary privacy for each. Each bedroom has its balcony and bathroom and they’re connected by a spacious common area that’s divided into two rooms. The front room is where you enter the apartment and has a kitchenette, long dining table, and TV corner. The back room can be closed to become a fully equipped one-bedroom studio inside the apartment with a kitchenette, seating area, and additional sofa bed for one extra guest. The apartment is ideal to socialize in an open space, or choose to quietly retreat to your side of the apartment.
Julien and Vicky are from the Netherlands and Taiwan. It is a pleasure to introduce our home in Phuket - Palmetto Condominium - just a 10-minute walk to Karon Beach. Our apartment is filled with daylight and soaks up the surrounding mountains, which makes you wake up in the sun every day. The evening is very quiet, suitable for a good rest. The rooftop infinity swimming pool has a panoramic view of Karon Beach.
The apartment is a 10-minute walk to Karon Beach with convenient access to many amenities:
1. Restaurants, 7-11, UnionPay cash machine, within 3 minutes reach.
2. A motorcycle rental and tourist office at the entrance of the alley, making it very convenient to make further travel plans.
3. Superior connectivity, a right turn is a ride to Patong, Kamala, and other beaches, and a left turn to Rawai and Phuket Town Night Market.
