All rooms are nonsmoking rooms. The hotel provides outdoor smoking designated areas for guests who wish to smoke. Smoking in hotel’s building is strictly prohibited, any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a cleaning fees of no less than THB 5,000. Smoking cannabis is strictly prohibited anywhere within the hotel premises.

Please note that Carlton Club Lounge benefits include a complimentary daily buffet breakfast at Plate Restaurant from 6:00 am to 10:30 am, complimentary nonalcoholic beverages throughout the day, and pre-dinner beverages with canapés from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm (last order 7:45 pm). Alcohol is not served to guests under 20 years of age or to intoxicated guests.
