The building offers popular amenities, such as a 50 meter lap pool, a rooftop swimming pool with sunbathing area and sea view, fitness room, 24hr security and parking area. PLEASE NOTE. For bookings over 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Please turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the apartment. Daily cleaning service during your stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee.
