2 beach front renovated Thai houses (we are not a resort and we don’t have reception on site). Everything is exactly as shown on the pictures (inside/outside, low tide/high tide). One bedroom with king size bed with view on the beach/sea, one living room with a sofa bed, smart tv, full equipped kitchen, one full bathroom and a lovely balcony/terrace sea view it is so relaxing. Each house is ideally for 2 persons as it is a one bedroom house (that’s why the price is based on 2 adults). However the house can accommodate up to 2 adults+2 kids as there is a sofa bed in the living room. If you are a family please add your children with their age in the system so you can see the final price. If you don’t like the layout please it is then not for you we can not move furniture around and add extra mattress on the floor or for example move the sofa bed in the bedroom. Our location HinKong beach is really popular as it is surrounded by good restaurants walking distance and central so you can reach lots of different beaches within 10-15min drive and it is an amazing location for sunsets. We are living on the island since 10 years and we are here to help you get the most from the beautiful island of Koh Phangan, we also have a laid back attitude giving you the space and freedom to enjoy the property. If you are sporting and active we are happy to show you walking, running, cycling, kayaking opportunities along with connecting you with the best diving and kite surfing schools on the island. If you prefer the more relaxing side of the island with view points, sunset bars, restaurants and temples all can be arranged. We have also a kids friendly list about what to do on the island as we have ourselves a 2 years old little one ;)

Our location Hin Kong Bay / Hin Kong beach is really popular as it is surrounded by good restaurants and central so you can reach everything to the south and to the north within 10-15 minutes drive. Please not that Koh Phangan means Sand bars island meaning south, west to north where it is shallow we feel the effects of the tide and there is many sand bars. Depending the season and time of the day the tides is changing. As you see on the pictures some of them had been taken during low tide and some during high tide. From April to September tide is strong and we have low tide the morning and high tide the afternoon/night time. From October to March high tide is day time and low tide the night that is the best time to discover Koh Phangan. But it is still a beautiful island to explore the rest of the year of course, we love what the tide can offer in term of different landscaping.
