Baan Kata Sooksan is the spacious, two-storey villa. The villa is a contemporary with interiors of warm colors which complement the gardens and sea views. Villa is located in Katamanda estate 5-10 mins walk to beach .There is also tennis court and a common pool in the estate. Please note stay 28 nights or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage. Chef or in-villa massage can be arranged on request with costs Lunch or Dinner as follows: Food & ingredients are not included in chef cooking service fee. Food & ingredients are at market cost prices. 2500 BHT per time for 2-4 guests 3000 BHT per time for 5-7 guests 3500 BHT per time for 8-12 guests
