This beautiful house is situated right on the sunset coast of Koh Yao Noi. The large balcony at the back of the house sits directly over the sea and you can relax as the waves wash under you. This is the perfect location for an uninterrupted view of the sunset each evening. It is highly recommended that you rent either a scooter or a bicycle during your stay as the island is very spread out and getting around can be extremely difficult without it.
The house has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Featuring new air conditioning, a bed, furniture, and kitchen equipment.
One of the bonuses of this property is that you can use the swimming pool of a hotel just a minute away free of charge. You will also receive discount in the bar and restaurant at the hotel.

The house is located along the coast and you are surrounded by locals who work on the water on a daily basis. You can experience the real Koh Yao Noi as you will see them coming back from fishing and working on their boats.
