Internally the house has an open plan kitchen/diner and living room space. There are 2 bedrooms one with En suite and another with a separate bathroom.
Both bedrooms and the living room each have their own AC.
Externally there is a sheltered patio with table and chairs for sunset dining. There is also a secure gated driveway for off road parking.
