Villa Frangipani is perfectly situated in the beautiful, quiet & safe neighborhood of Nai Harn. All bedrooms have pool view, closets, AC, and black out curtains. The garden is beautifully landscaped and features many trees and bushes. Swimming pool is large and inviting, sun loungers are set to enjoy Thailand weather. The outdoor patio is large and covered, includes a dining area, summer kitchen, BBQ grill, and a wooden pizza oven. Daily housekeeping is already included in the rate. The maid will clean and make an amazing breakfast for you on request. The cost of the groceries for breakfast and any other shopping requested is not included in the rate and will be charged with a shopping-delivery surcharge of 15%. Electric usage 50 kw/day is included in the price, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Late check in is available on request. Please note that there is construction work underway at the villa next door, expected to be completed by the end of October 2025. Work typically takes place during daytime hours (8 AM to 5 PM). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding.
