The flat is the top floor of a 5-storey building. It has a view of cities east and west part of the city. You can enjoy the sea view from the north and mountains from the south in this airy spacious sunny flat surrounded by bird songs.
Flat itself is 100 square meter plus a 80 square meter balcony.
I'm living in the 4th floor of the same building. I'm at age 50 with 3 kids and own an electronics shop in the city and able to show to my guests the best places in our city
The building is in one of the most desirable neighborhoods of the city which is only 3km to town center. There is always minibus transportation available. Newly completed botanical garden is also within walking distance(100mt).. There is a picnic area and Ataturk's pavillion just 1km away from the building. The local street market located in the street in front of our building every Saturday where you can find the most fresh fruits and vegetables with great prices.
