Our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom private pool vacation home is the best option for a quiet stay on the Southwest Florida Gulf Coast. Fully Equipped Kitchen. Private Pool faces East, Pool heat is an additional cost per week or per month.Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. Pool is 28x15 D 5 1/2'. Fully Fenced in backyard, Outdoor living at its best with lanai seating area. Security Camera Location Disclosure: Doorbell + Exterior Garage. No Pets Allowed in this house. BEDROOMS (Single-story home) Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom / Attached Bathroom / 43" TV, Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom  32" TV, Bedroom 3: One Queen Bedroom, Bedroom 4: Two Twin Bedroom 32" TV. There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Parking: Two Car Driveway, Two Car Garage- Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge to replace it.
