Welcome to our "Backup" VIP Suite! If the main cottage is booked, we offer a private, downstairs room that sleeps 4 with its own bathroom. You're located right next to our pool room; yes, that glorious indoor pool is heated all winter long! Feel free to use the living room and kitchen. Pet Warning: Our home includes guard kitties, a geriatric Shih Tzu, and a highly enthusiastic Australian Shepherd puppy who is a professional licker. If you don't like pets, this isn't for you! Otherwise, prepare for fur and fun.
We are newlyweds that bought a home in Durango in the late summer of 2025 and sharing our property with Mountain biker and electric biker enthusiasts. Want to escape the hustle and bustle, this property is it! Come on down. We'll leave the light on for youy!
These are 5, 10, 15 acre parcels so it's pretty peaceful. Lot's of Ponderosa Pines.
