New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

This home boasts two separate living spaces and a double fireplace between the family room and kitchen. To the right is the family room complete with comfy sectional sofa, occasional chair and large flat screen tv.  This open concept room opens to the expansive kitchen. First you are greeted by a kitchenette with seating for 4 that overlooks the deck and back yard. You'll find a half bathroom (Bathroom #1) and at the end of the hall a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.  As you pass back through the kitchen the door on the left provides you access to the garage.  There is seating for 3 at the center island - perfect for "grab and go" breakfast smoothies for those who want to get to the beach early.  Granite countertops in shades of white and black marble speak to the upscale nature of this home.  All appliances are stainless steel (fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave). The dining room has a large farm style table with seating for 6 and a lovely sitting area for two nestled in the semi circular windows. French doors can be closed to the living room which has a comfy couch, three chairs and large flat screen tv.
