The 49" mounted TV has Xfinity Flex, which includes Peacock, also provides music and options. Guests can also sign-in to a variety of their own account(s) to continue their viewing habits (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) and sign out upon check-out. Guests are not allowed to purchase, download, or rent any subscription or entertainment. There are also ~45 antenna channels, including network/local stations. Upon check-out, please just tidy up. The property is located on the corner of a cul-de-sac in a neighborhood built in the mid-1980s. It is a regular neighborhood with all the normal activities, sights and sounds that one would expect. There are grocery and restaurant options just a few blocks away. This is Colorado, so be wildlife (including bear) aware.
