You will need to check in with the office staff to check in and get the key. *Any reservation 25 nights and over, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation. *For reservations over 25 nights and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name.
