Hello, and thank you for the opportunity for allowing us to be a part of your relaxing, eventful, & adventurous time here in St. George, Utah! I am Bailee, and Brett is my partner and Condo owner. We have been a part of Utah & this area for MANY years. Born & raised as well as migrated over due to Utah's many amazing visit sites, such as Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Numerous Lakes, and Brian Head. We can assure you that no matter the season, Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, you have picked the best place of all to visit, and we hope you enjoy your stay. This spacious, cozy and fully stocked Condo was built in 2000, with 1 bedroom, Living Area, Kitchen & Large Master Bathroom. Newly renovated in 2021 to give inside comfort and security. The home offers 2 beds and will sleep up to 5 people (not including futons, cots & pullout beds) There is plenty of space for the ULTIMATE Friends-Family get togethers! Offering over 450 Sqft (+ 1 Acre of shared, stunning pool space,allowing the property lots of spacious parking, play & exploring areas!
