There's a gas grill for afternoon barbecues and an outdoor dining set for sunset dinners overlooking the neighboring woods. Built in 2022, the cottage boasts a wonderful sense of ease and polish, with plentiful windows and central air conditioning throughout. Prepare your favorite meals using stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen, and spend the after-dinner hours curled up on the sofas, playing board games, and streaming movies in the warmth of the gas fireplace. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

This home is part of the Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve, a friendly resort comunity just seven miles north of Kennebunkport. On the grounds, you'll have access to an outdoor pool with waterfalls, a fire bar, firepits, a community center and clubhouse with a fitness center, and a 68-acre nature preserve with hiking trails winding throughout. There is a game room for the kids with air hockey, ping pong, poker and shuffleboard.The community sits adjacent to the Eastern Trail (a 65-mile section of the East Coast Greenway) and only 23 miles south of Portland.
