KITCHEN & DINING Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances and a lobster pot. The dining table offers seating for six and the kitchen bar seats four. BED & BATH This home sleeps six guests between three bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and a smart TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a smart TV. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES This beautiful backyard offers private dock access to Linekin Bay, as well as two kayaks and a canoe. Dine at the waterfront picnic table or gather around the wood firepit. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the back deck as you look out to the bay. The wheeled beverage cooler is handy for keeping drinks chilled. The side deck offers Adirondack seating and forest views. Swing in the hammock or play in the large, grassy yard. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
