The history of Florida4you began with a time-out in 2007. A few weeks in the Sunshine State were enough for us - Marco & Martina Streng - to get to know and love the country and its people. In 2009 we welcomed the first vacation guests to our new second home. In addition to our own commitment to smooth operations, our manager Marlene Robinson is available for the loving care of our guests on-site. Our German office is managed by our dedicated employee Stefanie Stapel, who guarantees our guests from all over the world uncomplicated handling of their booking.

Come and enjoy some magic days at our Barra Villa Resort, which is well renowned for its sophisticated and playful atmosphere. The resort consists all in all of 8 lovely apartments and studios. Our accommodations are situated in the historical quarter of Fort Myers, within walking distance to Downtown, and close to many sports stadiums. Whether you choose one of the apartments at our Barra Villa I or at our new house Barra Villa II - you will be thrilled by their individual style. You can relax and spend some time in one of the different lounge areas in the tropical backyard. Villa Barra consists of 4 studios and one 2br apartment. Each unit has a separate entrance so that you as a guest have the rooms of the respective apartment for private use. Our studios "Miami Suite", "Tampa Home", "Room Naples" and "Studio Orlando" consist of a lounge/bedroom area with a Queen-size bed, also including an eat-in kitchen. Each studio includes a bathroom with a shower. Villa Barra is a non-smoking property (smoking is allowed outside). Community outdoor area with: - 1 community pool (heated) - garden - veranda in front of the house with seating - sunbeds, garden furniture - parking spaces on the property - communal laundry: washing machine & dryer (against a fee); iron & ironing board

You can actually walk to the Gulf of Mexico, joining the popular holiday destinations Fort Myers and Cape Coral. As a special treat there, you can observe dolphins and manatees swimming in the bay. The beaches of Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Sanibel Island can easily be reached by car. And there’s much more to discover than the breathtaking white beaches. As relaxing as the sunny days in the city and on the beach can be, as exciting as the nightlife of Fort Myers Beach with numerous nightclubs, bars, and restaurants. Fort Myers also offers various big shopping malls and outlets. And of course, there is a huge selection of sports you can enjoy here. Fort Myers offers all kinds of aquatic sports, there are tennis courts and many golf courses of varying difficulty, always in the beautiful scenery and easily reachable. If you enjoy day trips Florida is full of different types of attractions like Disneyworld or Cape Kennedy. Cities like Miami, Tampa, Orlando, St. Petersburgh, and St. Augustine are within close reach. And of course, the famous Everglades are just around the corner.
